New Zealand resume processing some offshore visa applications

Immigration New Zealand are now processing and deciding offshore visa applications for some relationship visas, provided that it is supported by a New Zealand citizen or resident.

This applies to the following visas:

Partnership - Visitor

Partnership - Work

Partnership - Resident

Dependent Child - Visitor

Dependent Child - Student

Dependent Child - Resident

Applicants granted one of the above visas will be exempt from the current border restrictions and visa holders will be able to travel to and enter New Zealand without seeking prior approval.
