The following EOIs were selected from the pool for validation on 04 April 2012
455 EOIs were selected that had a points total of 140 or above:
379 with job offer
76 without job offer
110 EOIs were selected that had a points total of 100 or more but less than 140, and included points for offers of skilled employment or current skilled jobs in New Zealand.
A total of 565 EOIs representing 1,094 people were therefore selected
Conclusion: Only 13% of applicants managed to achieve the selection point without a job offer. Thus, 87% of ordinary applicants needed a job offer to qualify. Clearly, getting a job is of paramount importance to your application, which is where our Jobsearch Programme is best placed to help
