The following EOIs were selected from the pool for validation on 31st August 2016:
749 EOIs were selected that had a points total of 140 or above:
580 with job offer (47 offshore)
169 without job offer (163 offshore)
191 EOIs were selected (23 offshore) that had a points total of 100 or more but less than 140, and included for an offer of skilled employment in New Zealand.
A total of 940 EOIs were therefore selected, representing 2040 people.
There are 1,242 EOIs left in the pool after selection.
The next selection is due to take place on the 14 September 2016.
